The envelope is tight: After completion of the structural work, sealing of the roof and installation of all windows and entrance doors, the façade and envelope of components A and B are tight. The insulation work has also been finalised – since the beginning of the month, the first clinker brick slips have been visible on the façade. At the same time, the interior finishing of the condominium and common property areas is progressing according to plan.

After receiving the building permit at the end of February, we were now able to start with the preparations for the structural engineering measures in building section C. The foundations for two cranes have been laid. For this purpose, the foundations for two cranes were built, on which both are now securely standing. In addition, the topography of the excavation pit is currently being completed and the foundations of the floor slab of Building C are being built – directly in the connection area of the underground car park of Building A and B.
